The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made our stay truly enjoyable.One special memory we cherish is the detailed information provided about the glacier route, which made our skiing adventure seamless. The hotel's proximity to the base was convenient for our family of five, ensuring easy access to all activities. We appreciated the inclusive policy for children under three years old, making it a perfect choice for families with young ones. The balance between relaxation and engaging activities like cycling and hiking made our stay memorable. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in the Austrian Alps.
